Now I cannot help you to figure out what the network configuration is for your particular mobile operator, you will need to obtain that yourself from either the Technical Support or use Google!

 | Step 1 Click on the Phone icon |
 | Step 2 Using the keypad, press: *#6984125*# This will automatically bring you to the next step. |
 | Step 3 In the Admin setting, click on Network & call settings |
 | Step 4 In the Network & call settings menu, click on Connections |
 | Step 5 In the Network profiles menu, you will need to delete the DM Profile and the TMO_DS profile. |
Step 6: Now you are going to go in to browser and MMS and these are the settings you will need.
- Name or Profile Name: simple
- APN or Access Point : simple
- Proxy: 216.155.165.050
- Home URL: http://smpl.mms.msg.eng.t-mobile.com/mms/wapenc
- Port: 8080
- Linger Time: 3003
- Authentication or Auth Type: Not Set or empty
You will use these settings for both the Browser and MMS if it does not ask for one of the settings in either browser or mms just ignore it and move on. Once both browser and mms settings are put in please save and exit.
Then turn the phone off and back on go back into the regular browser and it should work
NOTE: webpage will display "homepage is temporarily unavailable" until you set your homepage to www.google.com
