How to use the Access International Phone Number
First of all, you must access our website and check the Access International Phone Number of your city. On your first international call, an Authorization Code will be asked. This code is your 10-digit password (PIN). When you enter this password on the phone keypad, your phone number will be registered at our Central. So, the next calls this password will no longer be requested for the number you had called.

- Calls to Brazil: 0+DDD+number;
- Calls to the USA and Canada: 1+DDD+number;
- Calls to other countries: 011+DDI+DDD+number.



ATA
ATA problem
If it is detected that the ATA has a technical problem, the Disk will switch for another. The customer will receive model of the current VoIP ATA of DiskMatriz company.

To replace the ATA, you must call the customer service, contact the Technical Support and perform tests with a technician to testify the conclusion of the problem. If the technician confirm that the ATA is, really, with technical problem, he/she will authorize to send a new ATA at the customer’s address. .

If some customer send an ATA back to DiskMatriz company without have spoken with a technical, and this ATA does not present any problems, we will return it, but the shipment cost will be the customer responsibility.

ATA DEFINITION
The right solution to reduce costs in telephone calls. You can connect up to two landlines or wireless, or two incoming lines to the telephone system (PBX) with IP line to use the Internet to your computer.

Its compact design allows you to easily take you anywhere in the world. You only need a landline and a broadband Internet connection to lower the cost of communications.

Corrections
To request a correction concerning a payment, you should send an e-mail to financeiro@diskavontade.com reporting the problem, and your login of the account. If the payment was made with a credit card, you must add the first 4 and last 4 digits of the card number.

The Financial Department needs this information to check, evaluate the request, and responds to your e-mail.




DID - Definition
Known as direct dialing inward, a service of an LEC or local phone company that allows an organization to have numerous individual phone numbers for each person or workstation in its PBX system that run off of a small block of dedicated telephone numbers. DID allows the multiple lines to be connected to the PBX all at once without requiring each to have a physical line connecting to the PBX.

That is: Invoice Free! The invoice you receive the rebate as well as all other invoices are generated 10 days before the due date. So the rebate process from the day it was generated during 30 days. Example: the due date of the Invoice is on 23/05/2009 then the date that it will be generated will be on 05/13/2009 (10 days) Then all the customers referred by you who paid on the period from 12/04/2009 to 12/05 / 2009 will generate discount in your invoice. The discount in the invoice of the agent is made monthly. Ex: The invoice of the agent that has a due date on 25/05/2009 will get discount of all invoices paid between the first to 30th days from the previous month.

For calls to cell phones in Brazil you must purchase extra credit.

En su primera llamada internacional, un código de autorización se le pedirá. Este código es la contraseña de 10 dígitos (PIN).
